Janson Custom Blades provides a 10-year warranty against manufacturing and material defects. At Janson Custom Blades, we’re committed to crafting high-quality, handmade custom knives that meet the highest standards of excellence. We’re proud to stand behind our products with this warranty.

Warranty Terms

  • 10-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship
  • Coverage begins on the date of purchase
  • Warranty applies to the original purchaser only

What’s Covered

  • Defects in blade steel, handle materials, and other components
  • Issues related to workmanship, including rivet and pin failure
  • Functional issues that affect the performance of the knife

What’s Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accident
  • Damage caused by improper sharpening or maintenance
  • Cosmetic issues, such as scratches or minor imperfections
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications

Voiding the Warranty

This warranty will be voided if:
  • The knife has been modified or altered in any way
  • The knife has been used for purposes other than its intended use
  • The knife has been damaged due to improper care or maintenance

Making a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please:
  • Provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue
  • Include photos of the issue (if applicable)

Warranty Repair or Replacement

If your knife is found to be defective, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge. If repair or replacement is not possible, we’ll provide a refund or store credit. Kindly read our return and refund policies too.
