Return & Refund Policy

At Janson Custom Blades, we strive to ensure every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. Our return policy applies to all items purchased from us.

General Return Guidelines

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Returns must include the payment receipt, original packaging (undamaged), and unused products.
  • Knives must show no signs of use, sharpening, or honing.

Return Shipping Requirements

  • Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.
  • Items must be properly packaged to prevent damage.
  • Items must be fully insured.
  • Please notify us of the tracking number for parcel tracking.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned products.
  • Refunds will be the amount paid, minus shipping/handling fees.
  • Items found damaged or used will not be accepted or credited.

Breakage or Discrepancies in Shipments

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receipt if you encounter any issues.
  • Claims made after 48 hours will not be accepted.
  • For transit-related breakage, retain original items, packaging, and packing materials for carrier inspection.
