Shipping Policy

At Janson Custom Blades, we strive to process and ship internet orders promptly. Our goal is to respond within 24 hours and ship your purchase as soon as possible.

International Shipments

International shipments may be detained by customs agencies, resulting in delays beyond our control. We are not responsible for any extra duties, taxes, or charges incurred.

Shipping Details

  • Carrier: DHL Express
  • Delivery Time: 7-8 business days
  • Insured and trackable shipments
  • Shipping fees calculated at checkout using DHL live rates
  • Additional charges may apply for remote areas

Processing Time

Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days. International orders may take up to 4 business days to process. Expedited orders process in up to 3 business days.

Tracking and Updates

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Important Notes

  • Business days: Monday to Friday, excluding Pakistan holidays
  • Please provide complete and accurate address information
  • We cannot ship to PO Boxes
  • Customs and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility
  • Additional charges for remote areas will be confirmed before shipment

Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping times are estimates and may vary. Delivery to the US may take 7–8 business days.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Refused shipments incur return shipping costs.

Delivery Policy

Contact us within 15 days if your package is lost to be eligible for a store credit or reship. Cases are reviewed individually.

Delivery Claims

Claims may take up to 30 days. We do not issue refunds for shipments marked as delivered by the carrier.

Out of Stock Items

If an item is out of stock, the rest of the order will ship, and a refund will be issued for the unavailable item(s).

Reserved Rights Regarding Shipping

  • We may cancel or refuse orders with excessive returns or suspected fraud
